The usual morning

The reply came in. The job did not move.

The message is on WhatsApp. The file is in email. The reminder is in someone's head.

One thread per client

Email, WhatsApp, a form, a phone note. In the order they happened. You reply on the channel they just used.

You can see what is missing

A file counts when the file is there. An answer counts when it is written. A yes counts when the right person gives it.

Late work shows up

They get a reminder. If the step runs long, you hear about it. You can pause the job until a date.

How a client moves

From the first message to done.

01

They write

It lands with that client. Someone with no request yet is a lead. A real request you can take on, or turn down.

02

You start the job

The service, the client, and who owns it. One job can sit beside another for the same person.

03

You gather what this step needs

Papers, answers, a sign-off. The step is done only when those are in.

04

You move it on

A short note of what was decided. You can skip a step, send it back, or close it.

Who it is for

The steps are yours.

Advisory, an agency, a clinic, a studio. The place stays. The path changes.

Financial advisory

A retirement plan and a mutual fund follow the same path. The papers do not.

Agency or consultancy

"Proposal accepted" is a step. The invoice stays outside.

Clinic or wellness

From the first enquiry to discharge. Appointments sit on the calendar.

Interior or architecture

The client signs the concept. Then you draw.

In the day

What you look at.

Nothing goes quiet

Waiting on a client, waiting on a yes, or already late. That is the top of the list.

No login for them

You send a link. They send what you asked for. WhatsApp is fine.

Ask once

Proof of identity stays on the person. The next job does not ask again.

Then it finds you

A reminder a day, up to three. After that, the owner is told.

Questions

Before you leave an email.

Who is it for?

Firms whose work is a series of steps. Advisors, agencies, clinics, studios. A new kind of firm is a new path, not a new product.

Do my clients need an account?

No. You send a private link. They only see what you asked them for.

Does it do billing?

No. This is the work, not the invoice. "Proposal accepted" can still be a step.

Where do the messages go?

One thread per client. Forms and phone notes are always there. Email and WhatsApp connect when you turn them on.

What if a step runs long?

The client gets up to three reminders. Then you do. You can pause the job until a date, and the clock stops.

What happens after I get started?
